As a leading Hair Director for Rosemount Australian Fashion Week and Sydney Fashion Festival, alongside his salon work, Philip is regularly booked for freelance editorial and advertising work for Oyster, Vogue, Maddison etc.
Invited as a Session Stylist for New York Fashion Week, he is a leading international hair educator, mentor and Artistic Director for Redken Australia and International. Philip’s experience is one of a truly World Class career.
Roger Bowshall – Director
As one of the Industry’s leading connoisseurs of style, Roger is not only equipped with the technical skills and knowledge of the ancients, but has become somewhat of a Sensei or Pundit to those who are mentored by his careful guidance.
Roger sees that a relationship between a great hairdresser and a client is about The WHOLE experience. It is an emotional journey from the moment a client first lays eyes on the Salon to far beyond the moment they walk out the door.
With an array of celebrity clients firmly in his portfolio, Roger sees the challenge of addressing ‘difficult hair’ as akin to ‘the thrill of a hunt’ and the greatest reward is when a client walks away happy with the final results.
Roger is motivated by ‘what if’ thinking, strength in beauty and bending boundaries. With unquestionable technical prowess and his integrity solidly in place Roger is adamant that “client satisfaction is paramount.”

Rachel Busby has achieved many successes in her 16+ years as a Colour Technician and has been fortunate enough to practice her trade not only in Australia, but also New York, London and continental Europe. During this time Rachel has been an educator and a Platform Artist for Redken, Goldwell, Wella, Davinas and Intercosmos. Her work has been featured in magazines such as ‘W’, ‘Vogue’ and ‘UK Elle’
Emelie Raward
Emelie’s passion and attention to detail, consistently delivers to her clients the most glorious, fashion forward colouring results. Her talent has seen her invited to consult with Redken in their research and development sessions, as new products are developed to suit the modern market. Also as an expert in the Great Lengths hair extension system, Emelie’s forte is the individual style session professing glamour all the way.
Rachel Hyde
Our home-grown Rachel is currently knocking out some hot looks on clients. Whether it be haircuts or dress work, Rachel is fast bringing her youth fuelled excitement to the salon floor as she delivers artistically inspired style.
Already proving vast experience within the photographic and advertising arena of the industry and many fashion runway events to her credit, Rachel has been now been selected for New York’s September Spring Fashion Week. POW!

Joining our team with an impressive portfolio of editorial, Television, advertising & fashion parade credits Byron has demonstrated a talent to create stunning designs. Having tended the locks of Kate Hudson, Dita Von Tease, Miranda Kerr, Delta Goodrem & Gemma Ward & with work featured in the pages of Australian Vogue, Harpers Bazar & Culture to name a few, glamour is second nature to Byron.
After working in London & Barcelona & now as a regular at Rosemount Fashion Week, Sydney & Melbourne Fashion Festival this young man is a welcome addition to the Muse heritage.
